Project Studios has more than 50 individual studios for creatives as well as shared shop space for ceramics, woodworking, photography, printmaking, and warm glass in Hoboken. Below is a list of Studios for Art and Music Available Now.
At our Jersey City location, we have a 1/2 of a two-artist shared studio. The studio is private, but is shared by two artists with a floor-to-ceiling wall between them. The overall studio is 400 sq. ft. with a window. Each side is $700.00 monthly.
At our Jersey City location we have a 500 sq. ft. private studio with a big window. $1500.00.
At this time we have two semi-private studio spaces in our Second Floor Suite that will be available August 2022.
All Semi-private studios range from $350.00 to $375.00 per month depending on size and proximity to windows. Studios may be accessed 24-hours via entry code. All utilities including trash and Wi-Fi are included.

Perhaps the most important aspect to having a studio at Project Studios is access to our shared shop spaces, which are included as a free amenity with studio occupancy. Any individual with a studio space at Project Studios, either private or semi-private, may use our shared shops at no additional charge. These are the Clay Studio, Photo Studio, Printmaking Studio, Wood Shop, and Spray Booth in Hoboken, and a second wood shop, metal fabrication shop, and warm glass area in Jersey City.
