One of the many space and equipment amenities at our Neumann Leathers location is our natural-light Shared Photo Studio, which is a big bright space full of equipment for documenting artwork, creating portraits, or generating fashion imagery. Tenants and members at Project Studios have unlimited shared photo studio privileges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our photo studio is available for daily rental<\/a> (discounts available for longer term) at a rate of $500.00 per 8-hour day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Free access to the Photo Studio is granted to all of our tenants and members<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The studio is located in a 650 sq. ft. rectangular 4th floor studio in the historic R. Neumann and Co. leather factory complex in Hoboken. This space is very bright with diffused natural light during daylight hours and is well-equipped for photography and video (BYO camera and laptop) with plenty of space to move around for models or dancers. Because this is a building full of creatives, we can’t guarantee noise levels for video, but generally the space is quiet during the first half of the day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The studio is in close proximity to public transportation, with a NJ Transit bus station at the building, and the NJ Transit Hoboken Train Terminal and PATH are only a few blocks away. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Two Godox SL150III variable color LED monolights with 4′ parabolic softboxes

Seven Broncolor strobes equipped with Hazylight and Manfrotto boom (three power supplies)
Two Broncolor lightbox strobes for tabletop work or transparencies
8 ft. Foba camera stand
Photorobot with lights, turntable, cube, and arm
Sony Bravia TV

Accessories:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Elevated model stand, strobe diffusers and screens, work table, stereo, and various stools, chairs, and props. A mini-kitchen and full-bath are located within the studio suite just a few steps away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
