The central feature of our multi-role studio suite on the second floor of Neumann Leathers its shared wood shop and spray booth. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The suite also features a 400 sq. ft. multi-purpose studio for use by\u00a0The New Collective<\/strong>\u00a0members and our residency program, with worktables, easels, storage, utility sink, and other amenities. The rest of the floor is a blend of semi-private studios for visual artists, and music rehearsal rooms. The suite is secured by an app-based smart lock.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The spray booth is actually a 200 sq. ft. room that functions as a place for sanding, mixing plaster or cement, sandblasting, painting, patination, stone carving, or anything else that creates fumes or dust. It is a rough space for rough work. The booth also contains our Cyclone sandblasting cabinet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The second floor Wood Shop is equipped with an array of tools available to members for making art in wood. Members may bring their own hand tools and store them at the studio. Members with a focus on the wood shop area may use on-site storage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
