The studios are in the Neumann Leathers factory complex in Hoboken, less than 1 mile from the PATH station. The studios have the following features:
Window that can be opened. Florescent lighting with switch. 10 to 12 ft. ceiling. Numerous grounded electrical sockets. Fluorescent Tube light fixtures and incandescent. Good natural light with eastern exposure. Bathroom immediately outside the studio doors. 24 hour access. Very large freight elevator about 10 feet away. This studio is situated with a group of other art studios managed by our company. Free wifi and all utilities are included. Doors are steel fire-rated type.
At this time the studio shares will be leased on a month-to-month basis with a deposit equal to one-month’s rent.
Work only. This is not a live/work space. The building is I-2 zoned.
