Once again we are preparing new studio spaces in the Neumann Leathers complex in Hoboken, NJ. At this time we are pleased to pre-announce a new art studio in the Willow Ave. wing of the building. This space is an expansion of our most recent build.
This studio is the first of many more scheduled for construction this year. We hope to have new music rehearsal spaces soon, but this current new listing is for fine artists or commercial creatives only. The space is work only, as all of our spaces are. Wifi internet is provided free of charge.

Window that can be opened. Florescent lighting with switch and track lighting with switch. 10 ft. ceiling. Private space, with a locking steel double-door and walls to the ceiling on all sides. Numerous grounded electrical sockets. Fluorescent Tube light fixtures and incandescent/CF track lights. Very good natural light with eastern exposure. Bathroom down the hall. 24 hour access, noisy tools and a loud stereo are A-OK! Large freight elevator nearby. This studio is situated with a group of other art studios managed by our company. Free wifi and all utilities are included. Perfect for one ambitious artist, or a collaborative pair or group.

At this time we continue to provide studios on a month-to-month basis with no security deposit.
This space is being offered as a full 600 sq. ft. studio, however, it could also be split into a pair of smaller spaces if we get feedback from people looking for smaller spaces. For this room we could build out a 360 sq. ft. space and another space at 250 sq. ft..
